Question
We have reviewed request no. 537 for the
year 2004 which includes the following:
The petitioner asks for the legal ruling for
visiting graves on Eid day, bearing in mind
the commotion, clamor, smoking, and other
things that occur there.
Answer
Fatwa Council
Visiting graves is recommended for men
if the intention is to be reminded of and
ponder the Afterlife. Most legists permit
women to visit graves on the condition that
they do not incite temptation, and that their
visits are free of prohibited acts
(e.g. excessive lamentations, licentiousness,
and shamelessness). There is no specific
time for visiting graves; it is recommended at
all times, since being reminded and pondering
the Afterlife [occurs at all times]. We do not
recommend visiting the graves during the
two Muslim Eids since these are days for
celebration, so there is no need to renew
grief during these days.
The above answers what was mentioned in the question.

ปุจฉาผู้ร้องเรียนถามเกี่ยวกับฮุกม การเยี่ยมสุสานในวันอีด
ซึ่งมีการส่งเสียงดัง ชลมุน วุ่นวาย สูบบุหรี่ และอื่นๆ ณ หลุมศพ
วิสัชนาถือเป็นการส่งเสริมสำหรับผู้ชายในการเยี่ยมสุสานโดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อการย้ำเตือนและครุ่นคิดถึงชีวิตหลังความตาย นักนิติศาสตร์อิสลามส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าผู้หญิงสามารถที่จะเยี่ยมสุสานได้เช่นกันโดยมีเงื่อนไขว่า พวกหล่อนห้ามยั่วยวน ดังกล่าวจึงจะเป็นที่อนุมัติสำหรับพวกหล่อน (การกระทำที่ต้องห้าม เช่น โศกาอาดู จนเกินเหตุ มักมากในกาม ไร้ความละอาย)
ไม่มีหลักฐานการเยี่ยมสุสานโดยเจาะจง ดังนั้นส่งเสริมในการเยี่ยมสุสานตลอดเวลา(จนกว่าจะมีหลักฐานมาห้าม-ผู้แปล) เพราะเป็นการเตือนให้ระลึกถึงชีวิตหลังความตาย(ซึ่งเกิดขึนได้ตลอดเวลา)
เรามิได้ส่งเสริม(มิใช่บอกว่าห้ามและยังเป็นเรื่องทรรศนะ -ผู้แปล)ให้ทำการเยี่ยมสุสานในช่วงวันอีดทั้งสอง เพราะนั้นเป็นวันแห่งฉลอง ดังนั้นจึงไม่จำเป็นที่จะมาโศกเศร้าในช่วงแห่งการฉลอง
